Startup option: Show Last Record in List View

This doesn't seem to be working or I don't understand the purpose.
I would like to "scroll down" to the last record in the view, but it always open at the first one. The other options seems to work as intended.
Any help?

I am seeing the same behavior as you. Looks like you found a bug that we will log for fixing!
