Remove "Handbase News" popup

I am still getting the "Handbase News" popup on occasion when I start desktop Handbase. The most recent entry from that popup is Feb 01,2012. Current build is 4.1.5d which is listed. How do I remove the popup. Really appreciate the software. I've been using it since Palm days.

That's a great point- I should really just remove that! Will add that to the to-do list
