Windows 10 to iPad sync

Heelo. I have been successfully using HanDbase for a few years. Recently my desktop crashed and I had to reinstall all software.

Is there a way to get my existing databases to sync to iPad like before without having to redo the whole setup again?
I was successful in just having the Access databases load to iPad but they are not syncronizing.
