HandBase Desktop Plus (iphone)

Hi,
I have just purchased the upgrade which allow me to use HandBase with my iPhone 7. I have been a Blackberry user previously.
In the Configure/Sync menu, I can select the iPhone users option.
I then get this window:
"Manage iPhone/iPod touch users"
What do I do next?
Thanks.

Also: Having bought this, can I install it for free on another PC ?
