HanDBase for iPad keeps crashing

I’m running HanDBase 4.9.078 on an iPad Air running iOS 12.4.6. When I launch HanDBase I get the four introductory screens which I can swipe through, but when I click the menu symbol to “Get there from here” HanDBase crashes immediately. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the App, but the problem is still there. HanDBase doesn’t work at all on my iPad.

I’ve discovered that it works all right in landscape mode, but crashes in portrait mode.

I think the problem is with the OS version of software you are running.

It is working on my iPad Pro running iPadOS v13.4.1, in both landscape and portrait mode.

It is something that Dave will need to look at and confirm a problem.

OK. My iPad is running the latest version iOS it is capable of doing. It won’t run the new iPadOS.
