Downloading from Dropbox to HanDBase

In the past, I would export from Dropbox, choose open in HanDBase and the file would load into HanDBase.

It still works fine on the iPhone 13. But on iPadOS 13 the copy to HanDBase does not show up in Dropbox.

How do I get iPadOS, Dropbox and Handbase to work together again?

How can I transfer from pc to iPad? Using any method.

Via Email doesn’t work.
Via Dropbox doesn’t work.

Not an expert with this, but how about installing it on the PC HandBase application and one of the options along the way you should get a choice of whether to install the file on another platform (iPhone, iPad, etc.).
Then Sync via WiFi and it should get there???

SOLVED/WORKAROUND:

I put the file on my PC and then used the wireless connection between the iPad Handbase and the PC to transfer the file. An extra step, but at least it works.

Sorry for the late reply- actually this is a bug in the new iOS. Apple has acknowledged this bug and it effects many other apps as well. I'm watching and waiting for a fix or workaround from them on this, but glad you found a workaround to use in the interim. Sorry for the inconvenience!

It appears like this has been fixed in iOS 13.3. It is now possible to export from Dropbox and copy to Handbase.
