Hi Glen,
No problems were really reported in iOS13- it was the first release where I didn't need to do a fix update! There is one issue which is more of an OS related one, that some users won't see the HanDBase option in the open in sheet that shows when you tap a PDB file. Nothing i can really do to solve this and its intermittent, happening only for some users and not most.
