install problem

When I try to install hanDbase from my computer,the program does not see my Pocket PC. Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Thanks for your post- hope you don't mind my moving it to the appropriate section. Can you please describe a few things about your setup:

1. What version of HanDBase you are using? You can get the exact version and name from the about screen of the HanDBase Desktop- there is a section listing all packages running.
2. What make and model Pocket PC are you using? What version of the Pocket PC OS is it running?
3. What version of windows do you have on your PC?
4. When you connect the device to your PC, does ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center come up?

Any other details you can provide will help greatly!
