I used textformat to make unique ID

Hello,
the pflugin textformat works, but the field date and time don´t show the current entry.

With textformat Ito combine 2 text Field with dash to a third text field. Date and Time are standalone and should have record added.

In edit screen to open the date is always 01.01.00 the time 6 hours false. I can set current time and date today but going back to list view the field entry are false. My date is dd.mm.yy on german device

Who can used textformat and test with german settings.
I would like unique id with textformat but date and time is important too.
