I have been using my windows computer and syncing with an android phone. All OK. Now I want to switch the android phone to an i phone. Where do I start?

First, you will need to purchase the iPhone app through the App Store. Once you have that downloaded and opened up for the first time, then you will need to login to the website here: http://www.ddhsoftware.com/download.html

Use the username/password that was emailed to you when you purchased the Windows Desktop for Android. Once you get logged in, you will see the download. To the right of the download, you should see a link to the upgrade/crossgrade wizard. Using the wizard, you should be able to purchase the Windows Desktop for iPhone/iPad at a reduced price. This is what you will use to sync to the iPhone.

The sync will work the same way to the iPhone as it did to your Android. You will need to set up a partnership with your iPhone to sync.

Every thing works fine . Your help did the trick. Thank you again. One problem. When I look at my DB on my i phone I see all the records as I expect with one exception. There used to be an alphabet showing down the right edge of my view. I could then select the record in the db that I am searching for. For example, if I tap on "f" I would immediately be taken to all the records starting with "f". In addition, I don't see the option at the bottom of the view that I could use to enter search criteria. I suspect that I am toggling something on/off but I don't know what. Any ideas?
