This is just a handy database for tracking technician costs to department / customers on a work order request basis. I have an access back-end for it that automates billing / budget descisions.
This applet should be useful for for sole traders or professionals who charge their clients by the hour.
You can record your starting and ending times for a job done and enter your rate you would charge.
The program automatically calculates the hours and gives you the ammount to be charged to your client.

A database suite originally created for logging all service and client details for an engineer in the hospitality sector of the access control industry. Ability to store details for Clients (Names Addresses etc), Account Numbers, Contract Expiry Dates, Account Manager, Customer ID, Hardware installed, service data, parts fitted, site survey details, cost of parts, allocation to engineers, Last Visit Date, Fault listings, Hardware Serial Numbers, etc etc. Has a single entry in DB as an example and all the fields can be easily renamed to your specific requirements together with the pop ups.
