UPDATED - Added a new table to keep Journal entries for each assignment. Great for keeping a detailed issue log. Simple database for tracking assignments for any project. The applet is much better than the TO-DO list, because it allows you to track your own work as well as the work of others. I use this applet to keep track of what I've been assigned and what I need to do to complete each assignment. This applet is also useful for project managers that need to track all the assignments that are open in their team/group. It helps you keep a detailed record of all the work that needs to be completed for any project. This applet has three databases, they are included in the zip file. The 'Assignments' table tracks the assignment, who is working on it, due date, priority, description and catagory. The second table 'Assignment Tasks' is a linked table that can be used to track all the tasks associated to the assignment. The tasks table tracks what the task is, priority, due date, description, and notes. The third table 'Assignment Journal' allows you to keep a detailed log/journal for each assignment. This is very useful for tracking issues, recommendations, changes, or notes for each assignment.

Serves dual-purpose of being a simple useful database and an example on setting up conditionals on calculated fields.
Multiple people can use the same database and then merge to get a grand total.
This little applet is used to keep track of the time you spend on a project, with a client or on a particular task. It is not fancy, just useful. :)
You can assign a task or project name, the start and end time and the date is assigned automatically. The form has two big buttons to use for the start and end times. What can I say, I'm a visual type. ;)
This applet is intended as simple to way to diary or record various events throughout the day. Custom views can then be created to view the various tasks. Each task can have a date and time entered as well as a category. Categories areselected through a popup and may be added.
Database for logging work flexitime 4 times a day & any Annual leave hours etc.
This was a database I used for some time.
It assumes that a standard day is 7:12, but this can be changed to suit.
The HDF form is included but is not activated, as it was only half finished when I was told to use the inefficient corporate standard spreadsheet (booo).
This ToDo applet is as simple as it gets. To update the record, simply toggle the “Update” checkbox. This will change the “Done” date to today. Toggle it again & the “Next” date will change to the date you’ve specified by adding the interval you choose.

Federal employees this database will help you keep track of their leave balances. This database automatically tabulates your balances for Annual, Sick, and Comp. time. You start by entering your balance from last year plus time earned for the first pay period. All 27 pay periods are entered with the default leave earned amount for annual at 6 hours (you may have to adjust this based on your years of service) and sick at the standard 4 hours. Each record also includes a note field for making additional comments on each pay period. I hope you find this useful, I previously used a Franklin Planner to keep track of my leave balances. Now I have eliminated this need and automated it to save me time. This has not been tested extensively so use at your own risk. All comments are welcome send to: nascardans@mindspring.com.

This is a blank copy of the time-book I have been using for many years to keep track of my trips and time tickets. I also use this for my end of the year taxes, my mileage checking period, and keeping track of the delays we encountered en-route. Please feel free to make needed changes. If you have any questions please feel free to email me and I will see what I can do to correct.

This applet is intended as an enhanced "To Do" list. It is loosely based on the Franklin-Covey system of priortizing
tasks from A to E (A most important to E least important) It also provides the ability to report on the status of the
task (i.e. is the task new, in-progress, on hold, delegated, etc). There are also fields for contact information in
regards to the task. Status categories for the task may be added as it uses an editable popup. IT DOES NOT PHYSICALLY REPLACE THE PALM OS TO DO LIST, but can be used as an alternative
