Three databases are included in the download. "My Procedures" is the primary database. "Indications List" and "Procedures List" are accessed (and edited) via drop-down menus from within the primary database. By having the lists included as seperate databases instead of simple drop-down lists, I was able to work around the limit for drop-down lists. This also makes it very easy to make new lists for subspecialties. Database can even capture supervisor's signature!
