Description:	I have tried to link OB/GYN CPT codes to useful information that is necessary for my bookkeepping dept. to file for reimbursement. The patients information is divided into useful pop-up lists which allow for fast recording. These may be added to or edited in any way. I got the idea from another HanDbase applet which was too simple and did not use the linking feature or CPT coding. Categories include Surgery, Deliveries, Hospital Admits, Consults

Comments:	The new ver 2.5 of HanDBase makes changing fields and pop-ups a breeze. Change any field and tailor this applet to your specifications. Remember CPT codes change yearly, new ones are added. Update codes often. for this applet plus ICD 9 codes see handbase applet number 749.
