Home Roast is a green coffee inventory with a linked roasting log used for home coffee roasting. *This is a resubmission of my original applet. The original file could not be downloaded due to the recent server problems. Home Roast is the coffee inventory database, and tracks the following: •Inventory amounts •Cost calculations (If you purchase coffee from sweetmarias.com (highly recommended), data for the following fields can be copied directly into the database from the Sweet Maria's website by using the HanDBase Desktop companion.) •Coffee origin details •Cupping reviews •Roasting recommendations •Other Notes ---------------------------------------- Home Roast Log is a linked roasting log database & tracks the following: •Roast method •Calculated inventory amounts •Batch weight before and after roasting. •The calculated percentage of weight lost during roasting. •Detailed profile information for each roast. This includes times and temps for 1st crack, 2nd crack, and end of roast. For recording the actual profile, temps can be entered for every thirty second interval during the roast. Most of the pop-ups in the log are already populated to make data entry easy. However, temps in the pop-ups may need to be changed depending on your roasting method and whether you're recording bean mass or roaster temps.
