Patient Files by Dr. Richard Mata
Dr Richard Mata is a doctor at the San Pedro Hospital of Davao Inc., in the Philippines. Patient Visits has versions optimized for Palm OS devices as well a desktop version with larger forms. He also included an installer and thorough documentation. Patient Files is a database to track both admitted patients and outpatients.
