Answer:
Sadly the answer is no. The database format HanDBase uses is encoded in Windows Latin 1, which supports English and many European roman/latin languages. But it does not support Asian, Arabic, Hebrew, etc that all require Unicode encoding to properly support.
For us to add support for Unicode we would have to wait until a database file format change is being made, which is reserved for a major update. This unfortunately won't be for some time (as of this writing in 10/2010). |
