Q: Can I crossgrade from my current HanDBase product to the iPhone version.
We have always offered a discounted crossgrade price as a way to honor our paying customers by not charging them as much as a completely new customer. Unfortunately as the applications for iPhone have to be distributed through the app store that Apple hosts, we cannot do a crossgrade/upgrade mechanism at this time. However, we will be offering discounts to upgrade/add the HanDBase components for your computer that work with the iPhone/iPod Touch version of HanDBase for a discount. Log into your account on our website and click the HanDBase Upgrade Wizard Link to find the options available to you. |
