This is a counter for use with diet programs that make you count calories, carbs or other values. I have set it up to automatically enter the date and the pop ups give you an idea of how you can customize it.
Has Data:
No
Has Forms:
No
Filters:
The date filter is useful so that you can see what you have consumed during any given day.
Sorting:
The date sort keeps things in chronological order. Meal and Item sorts can be useful to analyze what you have been eating.
Reports:
If you set the filter for one day and run the report for values, you can see how many calories or values you consumed each day.
Comments:
You can speed up data entry by adding Items that you eat regularly to the Item pop up. Or create multiple items (like Waffles with low-fat margarine and syrup) to save even more time. Also, you can put the values next to the Item pop up entries if you don't have them memorized.
